Payment Information

Deposits: Security deposit $1,000 (refundable see policy)
Payment Policies: A Reservation deposit of $2,000.00 (PER MONTH BOOKED) due upon signing and final balance due 90 days prior to arrival. A separate condominium association rental application fee payable to the appropriate association will be due with reservation deposit. Tenant pays a final cleaning fee of $250.00. The final cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.

Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN AFTER 3PM First day of contract- CHECK-OUT 11AM Last day of contract.

Tax: 13% Tax must be added if rented less than 6 months
