A separate condominium association rental application fee payable to the appropriate association will be due with reservation deposit. Tenant pays a final cleaning fee of $20.00. The final cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice. $100 process fee
